To set up new service, please complete the New Service Application PDF below and email it along with a copy of your closing documents or lease agreement to billing@mmia.co.  Once received, a customer service representative will contact you to finalize your service set up.

Payment Options

Pay Online/View Bill

Click on the Online Bill Pay button below to submit your payment online.  You may be charged a 3% transaction fee for credit card payment or $1.00 for e-check may be charged.

Automatic Bank Draft

Have your payment automatically drafted from your bank account or credit card on your bill due date. There may be a $1.00 charge per electronic funds transfer or a 3% fee of amount paid by Visa/MasterCard/Discover.  See the back of your bill for application.
